Look at the regulatory label on the system to determine your CMN (model) number. The
serial number label determines your series number. You may need both of these numbers
to identify your Manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity.
To obtain the Manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity from SGI, you must either
provide the CMN number to your local SGI sales representative or contact the Technical
Assistance Center at 1-800-800-4SGI.
The "CE" symbol indicates compliance of the device to directives of the European
Community. A "Declaration of Conformity" in accordance with the standards has been
made and is available from SGI upon request.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits of a Class A device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
This device may not cause harmful interference.
This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
Note: These Class A limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This
equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to
