Included in this appendix are basic setup and configuration instructions along with
other information useful for setting up and maintaining the Series 3000 Sonar
System. In addition, information is provided which can be helpful for system
troubleshooting should problems occur, including instructions on how to verify
operation of hardware components and transducers.

WARNING Klein Marine Systems, Inc. recommends all troubleshooting be
done by a trained technician. Some circuits in the Sonar Transceiver and
Processing Unit have voltages as high as 240 volts, and some circuits in the
