The TPU includes a low voltage and a high voltage power supply as shown in
Figure C-8.

The high voltage power supply supplies 200 VDC power to the towfish and is
fused on the back of the TPU. 200 VAC enters the power supply board from the
transformer at JP1 HV, and 200 VDC is generated which can be measured between
the base of the fuse holder and the BNC cable as shown in Figure C-9. LED D9
lights if there is excessive current draw, such as in a cable short.
The low voltage power supply provides +5 VDC, +12 VDC and -12 VDC. This is
also used to supply the VME chassis. 200 VAC is the input power at JP1 as shown
in Figure C-10. The +12 VDC and -12 VDC can be measured at connector JP4.
And the +5 VDC can be measured on the power supply across the red and black
wires.
