The VTSA... valve terminal with AS−interface consists of the
following electric components:

Valves
The VTSA... valve terminal can be equipped with 5/2−way
valves (monostable or bistable), 5/3−way mid−position valves,
2x2/2−way valves and standard or reversible 2x3/2−way
valves.
All 5/2−way valves and 5/3−way mid−position valves can be
used in all operating modes:
Standard operation
Reversible operation
Low−pressure operation
Vacuum operation
