Alternative electrical connections (electrical multi−pin)
Multi−pin node, Sub−D:
The valves are connected electrically by
means of a central multi−pin plug socket.
Multi−pin node, M23 round plug:
The valves are connected electrically by
means of a central M23 round plug.

Multi−pin node, cage clamp:
The valves are connected electrically by
means of a central cage clamp (terminal
strip)
Multi−pin node, IC:
The valves are connected electrically
individually via the IC connections on
the multi−pin node.
The VTSA... valve terminal is available with the following
number of valve positions depending on the manifold sub−
bases used and the alternative electrical connection (see also
1.1.2 Description of components manifold sub−bases).
