The pressure zone must be equipped only with the following valve
sub−bases:
5/2−way valve, monostable (identifier M52−A, M52−M)
5/2−way double pilot valve (identifier B52, D52)
5/3−way valves (identifier P53C−M, P53E−M, P53U−M)
Reversible 3/2−way valve (identifier T32F−A, T32N−A, T32W−A)
These valves must be operated via ports (3) and (5) in a separ
ate pressure zone with vacuum or low pressure.
Valves with identifier T32C−A, T32H−A, T32U−A (2x3/2−way valves)
are not suitable for vacuum or low−pressure operation if they are
supplied via port (1).
The pressure zone can be additionally equipped with the following
valve sub−bases:
2x2/2−way valves (T22C−A, T22CV−A), see also the note below
2x3/2−way valves (identifier T32C−A, T32H−A, T32U−A)
Note
Reversible 2x2/2−way valves with identifier T22CV−A,
ID code VV:
If the VTSA/VTSA−F valve terminal is also equipped with
other valves, operate the reversible 2/2−way valve in a
separate pressure zone with separate exhaust ducts.
Connecting the valve in vacuum operation:
Supply operating pressure for the pneumatic springs at
port (1)
Either supply vacuum at port (5) and operating pressure
at port (3) or vice versa.
The suction line (line supplied with vacuum) should be
equipped with a filter to prevent any contamination from
entering the valve.
In vacuum operation, the suction line and the pressure
line shall be connected via a T−piece for the ejector
pulse.
