• If the Stop button and the Test button are available as shown above, click Test to
verify that the service is running. A response displays the results of the connection
test.
Click OK to close the message, and then close the SKF @ptitude Analyst Configuration
Tool.

 If the Stop button appears dimmed and unavailable but the Start
button is active, then the service is not running. Click Start to
initiate the service, and then click Test.

stop and then restart the service.
