ratio must satisfy:
0.001< (Pn20E/Pn210) <4000.
Check the parameter Pn281.
Check that the detection conditions
is satisfied.

Check the settings of the option
card, Pn00B.3, and Pn002.3.
Check the capacities to see if they
satisfy the following condition:

capacity) ≤ 4.
Replace the servomotor and see if
the alarm occurs again.
