7.9 Status Reporting Commands

The status reporting system stores all information on the present operating state of the
instrument, and on errors which have occurred. This information is stored in the status
registers and in the error queue. The STATus:OPERation and
STATus:QUEStionable subsystems contains commands to control the status report-
ing structure of the instrument.

The commands of the STATus:OPERation subsystem control the status reporting
structures of the STATus:OPERation register.
The suffix at <Channel> selects the instrument channel. the range is <1...2>.
