Maintenance
Below the cutter units
− Remove the cover (1).
− Wash the filter mat in water; replace it if it is
too dirty (order no. CM+9.7075.2731.0).
− Put in the filter mat.
Mind the correct position: smooth side
pointing to the grid.
− Mount the cover.
Door to print engine (PE)
The filter is mounted on the housing of the
exposure gap fan on the inside of the door to the
print engine.
The filter holder is fastened to the housing by the
2 red locking screws (1).
− Loosen the locking screws (1) and remove
the filter holder (2).
− Wash filter mats that are not very dirty in
warm water:
− Do not bend or wring the filter mat; broken
fibers may be blown into the print engine.
− Remove all water and insert it dry in the
filter holder.
− Replace very dirty air filters.
(Order no. CM+9.8060.MUL8.0)
− Fasten the filter holder again.
