Autosave

Images Printing and Saving

The image files of an order are saved on data
carrier or an external drive or sent to the Server
PC for further processing.
– all negatives of a film or a reorder list
– all slides of a slide print order
– all file prints of an order
Save images:
– Select the order configuration, a suitable
storage method (Autosave configuration)
contains:
− Autosave fixed
Selection criteria is the number of files
therefore only uncompressed formats are
allowed. The files are saved on a data
carrier.
− Autosave quality
Selection criteria is the resolution, allowed
are all file formats.
The files are either saved on a data carrier
or a shared folder on an external PC.
− PDM (d-workflow)
Selection criteria is the resolutions,
allowed are all file formats.
d-workflow passes the files on if
necessary:
CD: CD writing device
Internet upload: e.g. WebAlbum
(customer can load down his images from
the Internet)
Normal: d-workflow
In case of films the DX code is transmitted
to the d-workflow as part of the file name:
File name = DX code_consecutive number
