Preparation in the Machine Tanks

Open the Paper Processor cover.
–
Fill the replenisher tank until the lower level
–
sensors are covered to avoid the request for
the Easy Paper Box connection.
Fill all machine tanks with hot water and let the
–
machine run for a short while:
-to rinse the circulation system
-to remove any chemical residues
Switch off the machine, completely drain the
–
cleaning water and make sure that all drain
cocks are closed correctly.
Check the hose positioning:
–
No leakage, sharp bends and squeezing.
There are no air bubbles allowed in the hose
system (self-learning pump system).
Empty the replenisher tanks only after the
–
machine has started up with chemicals,
otherwise the request to connect an Easy
Paper Box comes too soon.

Order Numbers (ABC Codes) for MSC/d-lab Chemicals

The use of the AGFA MSC/d-lab CHEMICALS,
offered by Agfa as well as of the AGFACOLOR
PRESTIGE DIGITAL paper is mandatory.
MSC/d-lab tank CD for 2x 18.5 liters:
contains concentrate for two CD tank fillings
MSC/d-lab tank BX for 2x 18 liters:
contains concentrate for two BX tank fillings
MSC/d-lab tank SB for 2x 11-12.5 liters:
contains concentrate for three SB tank fillings

Mixing Tank Solutions with MSC/d-lab Chemicals

To make sure that no chemicals splashes on the
machine, fasten the plastic covers from the
accessory pack on the machine.
