File Print

Note

– Only jpg, bmp and uncompressed tif files can
be handled. Files created with Adobe
Photoshop have to be saved in one of these
formats.
– Each single file must not be bigger than
110 MB (tif, bmp; jpg unpacked: The real
unpacked size of jpg files cannot be
recognized!) Larger files cannot be printed.
– The total order must be smaller than 400 MB,
otherwise there will be handling problems.
– The print size should be adjusted to the aspect
ratio of the image (indicated by .... x .... pixels).
For digital images with an aspect ratio of 3:4
print formats with the same aspect ratio should
be created since otherwise too much image
information is lost.
Select adaptation type:
If it is not suitable the error File print
parameter range violation will be displayed.
− Fit image to paper
− Fill paper
In case of larger deviations between the
aspect ratio of the original file and the
format to be exposed the image cannot be
printed. Then the alternative Adapt to
print size must be selected.
− Force: Longer side
Makes no sense for paper widths < 5 inch.
If this option is used for 5 and 6 inch paper
widths, a per forma cut length > 152 mm
must be entered in the order configuration
to receive a correct cut length
corresponding to the aspect ratio of the
image file.
