Maintenance

Cleaning the tank crossovers, the CD feed unit, the Squeegee unit

Purpose:
To ensure optimum processing quality.
Put the crossovers, the CD feed unit, the
Squeegee unit over the weekend in a lab basin
filled with water.
Do not stack the crossovers so as not to
damage the rollers and paper guide surfaces.
CD feed unit
− Open the Processor cover and fold up the
single rack covers
− Fasten the splash guard to protect the tank
area from chemical splashes.
− Take the CD feed unit by the bow to remove it
and put it in the lab basin.
Tank crossovers
− Remove the crossovers, put them in the lab
basin.
Squeegee unit
− Remove the squeegee unit, put it in the lab
basin.
− Close the Paper Processor cover.
