Install the Injection pump support bracket. Finger tighten the « ^
capscrews only. Use the following sequence to torque the ^ '
capscrews.
1. Tighten the bracket to block mounting capscrews.
2. Tightening the bracket to injection pump capscrews.
3. Tighten the throttle support bracket capscrews.
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
22mm
Tighten the pump retaining nut.
Torque Value; 65 N-m [48ft-lbs].
17mm
Install the oil filler tube assembly ami clamp.
Torque Value: 43 N-m [32 ft-lbs]
14mm, 17mm
Install all fuel lines and the electrical wire to the fuel shut off
valve.
Tighten the high pressure fuel lines.
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
