Intake: 0.254mm [0.10 inch]
Exhaust: 0.508mm [0.20 inch]
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]
Step B
Adjust the clearance for the valves shown in the illustration.
Intake: 0.254mm [0.010 inch]
Exhaust: 0.508mm [0.020 Inch]
Torque Value: 24 N-m [18 ft-lbs]

Cylinder Head Removal
• Drain the coolant and oil
• Disconnect the radiator and heater hoses
• Remove the turbocharger and air crossover
• Remove the exhaust manifold
• Remove the fuel lines and injector nozzles
• Remove the valve covers
• Remove the rocker levers and push rod
- Remove the fuel filter
