5.18 RATE Group

The command in this group deals with the data update rate.
You can make the same settings and queries that you can make by pressing UPDATE RATE on the front panel.
:RATE
Function Sets or queries the data update rate.
:RATE {<Time>}
Syntax
:RATE?
<Time> = 50 ms, 100 ms, 200 ms,
500 ms, 1 s, 2 s, 5 s, 10 s, 20 s
:RATE 500MS
Example
:RATE? ->
:RATE 500.0E-03
Description If the waveform display is enabled and the trigger
mode is set to Auto or Normal, the data update
interval depends on the trigger operation.
