Function Queries all torque signal (pulse input type) rated-
value settings.

Syntax
:MOTor:TORQue:RATE:{UPPer|LOWer}
Function Sets or queries the upper or lower limit of the
rated value of the torque signal (pulse input type).
:MOTor:TORQue:RATE:{UPPer|LOWer}
