320 Firmware update error
This may be due to the instrument hardware not being able to support the firmware version.
321 Modules do not match data format
One or more power modules does not match the data format of the file that is being loaded
322 User defined arb error
An error has occurred in the format or the data of the user–defined arb.
323 Meas TINTerval too small on too many channels
The measurement time interval is too small to be supported by the number of channels.
324 Inconsistent arb settings
The arb settings are inconsistent; most likely a mismatch in the arb lengths.
325 Arb sequence error
An error has occurred with the arb sequence.
326 Not supported by emulation mode
The function/parameter is not supported by the specified emulation mode.
327 Initiated with no sense function enabled
A measurement has been initiated without specifying the measurement (sense) function.
328 Too many measurement points
Too many measurement points have been specified.
Command Errors (these errors set Standard Event Status register bit #5)
-100 Command error
Generic syntax error.
-101 Invalid character
An invalid character was found in the command string.
-102 Syntax error
Invalid syntax was found in the command string. Check for blank spaces.
-103 Invalid separator
An invalid separator was found in the command string. Check for proper use of , ; :
-104 Data type error
A different data type than the one allowed was found in the command string.
-105 GET not allowed
