SYSTem:TIME <hh>, <mm>, <ss>
SYSTem:TIME?
Sets the time of the real time clock in hours (hh), minutes (mm), and seconds (ss). The query returns
comma-separated values that correspond to the hour, minute, and second.

<mm>: An integer from 0 to 59
<ss>: An integer from 0 to 59
Set the time to 8:10 PM: SYST:TIME 20,10,0
SYSTem:VERSion?
Returns the SCPI version that the instrument complies with. Cannot be determined from front panel.
