Frame buffer bits 15 to 11 are output to DD17 to DD13, and bits 10 to 0 are output to DD11

YC data uses a 4:2:2 format. Cr and Cb data is horizontally reduced data. CSEL is 0 when the
C data is Cb, and 1 when the C data is Cr.
