YMAX: Upper/lower Y coordinate
Description
Designates the area specified by top-left coordinates (0, 0) and bottom-right coordinates (XMAX,
YMAX) in the rendering coordinate and work coordinate systems as the system clipping area.
Make this setting according to the screen size. The start of the display list must be set (the initial
value is undefined).
This setting is valid when CLIP = 0.
