SLMP Frame Send Instruction

Sending the SLMP frame
SP.SLMPSND
This instruction sends SLMP messages to an SLMP-compatible device.

(d2) Head device that turns on for one scan upon completion of
the instruction
When the instruction completes with an error, (d2)+1 also
turns on.
