6. From the rear of the header, position gauge at center of
rolls as shown, and manually turn rolls to limits of
gauge. Rolls will engage the gauge if timing is correct.
7. Manually turn rolls to release gauge.
WARNING
Remove gauge from rolls and return it to storage
location before starting machine.
8. Replace gauge (B) in header with bolt (A) and nut.
9. Check timing flange bolts (A) are tight.
NOTE:
If rolls are out of time, refer to the header operator's
manual for procedure to adjust.
10. Close driveshield.
