Level check
FRONT BRAKE
CHECK
•
Rest the vehicle on its stand
•
Turn the handlebar so that the fluid is
at the same level as the plug.
•
Check that the fluid contained in the
tank (1) exceeds the 'MIN' level refer-
ence mark
MIN = minimum level
If the fluid does not reach at least the "MIN" refer-
ence mark:
CAUTION
FLUID LEVEL DECREASES GRADUALLY AS BRAKE
PADS WEAR DOWN.
•
Check the brake pads and discs for wear.
•
If the pads and/or the disc do not need replacing, top-up the fluid
(SPECIAL/STONE/ANNIVERSARIO)
REAR BRAKE
CHECK
•
Keep the vehicle upright so that the flu-
id in the reservoir is at the same level
as the plug.
•
Make sure that the fluid level in the res-
ervoir is above the "MIN" reference
mark:.
