When the user clicks the left mouse button in a metering location, the dialog shown below
appears. The user can enter header text of a selected font size and color, or select a
metered quantity from the drop down list. A metered quantity can be a system voltage,
current, real or reactive power on a per-phase basis, for any configured source.
