1. Remove the connector cover [A] and rear cover [B] (4 screws).
2. Remove the modular connectors if they have been installed.
3. Remove the shield plate [C] (2 screws).
4. Disconnect the power cable [D] and harness [E].
5. Remove the HDD assembly [F] (3 screws).
6. Replace the HDD [G] (3 screws, 4 stepped screws).
NOTE: Do not drop the HDD or shock it violently.
7. After replacing the HDD, perform SP4-911-6 "Bad Sector Information Reset".
