Additional Information
• The N1254A-513 adapter is used with the
N1254A-512 cable to connect the banana
plug.
• This adapter is needed when a B1512A
HCSMU is connected to a voltage/current
controller SMU port or Gate port or SMU
ports of the N1265A. This adapter is used
for Force terminal.
• This adapter is needed when a B1512A
HCSMU is connected to a voltage/current
controller SMU port or Gate port or SMU
ports of the N1265A. This adapter is used
for Sense terminal.
