Network requirements

Configure all devices to use PTP standard IEEE 1588 version 2.
Configure the destination IP address for unicast PTP messages transmission over UDP (IPv4).
Configure the clock node type as OC for Device A and Device C, and E2ETC for Device B.
Configure the delay measurement mechanism for Device A and Device C as p2p.
