Accela PDA Detector Hardware Manual
The following installation checklist is a brief summary of the steps you must complete in
sequence for the proper installation of the PDA detector.
Unpack and inspect your instrument.
Read the safety notices in the preface.
Make the initial instrument preparations.
Make the initial back panel connections.
Connect and install the LightPipe flowcell.
Power on the detector for the first time.
Install software and connect remote
communication outputs, as required.
Configure the Accela PDA Detector for
control from your chromatography data
system.
Adjust the light throughput to the diode
array.
Calibrate the Accela PDA Detector.
