Figure 59 shows a saturated array in the UV region.
Figure 60 shows a diode array that is saturated in both the UV and visible regions. The
configuration is set to a 20 Hz diode array scan rate and the attenuators are completely open.
4. After you finish adjusting the attenuators, close the front doors of the detector.
