8. Detach the LED cable from the door (see

9. Using a #2 Phillips head screw driver, remove the four screws that secure the chassis to the
housing. These screws are located on either side of the front panel (see
Figure 74. Four screws that secure the chassis to the housing
10. Slide the chassis out of the housing until the metal lamp compartment cover is accessible
from the right side of the instrument.
CAUTION After you turn off the lamps and the PDA detector, wait 30 minutes for
the lamp cover to cool before removing it. The lamp cover becomes very hot when the
lamps are on.
