To control the PDA detector from the Xcalibur data system, add it to the configured devices
list in Thermo Foundation, and then specify its stack number and diode array scan rate.
To configure your instrument in Thermo Foundation
1. Open the Instrument Configuration application.
For Xcalibur 2.1 or higher, from the computer desktop, choose Start > All Programs >
Thermo Foundation 1.0 > Instrument Configuration.
