Deleting a Marker
If you want to set a marker at a different position,
you must delete it from its old position first. To delete
(or "clear") a marker:
(1) Hold [MARKER CLEAR] and press the
Marker button for the marker you want to clear
(Marker A or Marker B).
Ways to Use the Markers
Jumping to a Marker
You can move to a Marker's position
within a song by pressing the appropriate
marker button (A or B). For instance, if
Marker A were set at the beginning of
measure 5, pressing [MARKER A] would
instantly move you to the beginning of
measure 5.

Repeated Section
Repeat Play and Record
Markers A and B can be used to determine
a repeated section during playback or
record. Marker A can be the beginning of
the repeated section, Marker B can be the
end of the repeated section.
During Repeat Record (as described in the
section on recording Drum Parts), sounds
recorded in previous passes through the
repeated section will play, allowing new
parts to be added easily.
