CONTROLS

IGNITION SWITCH, WARNING LIGHTS,
INSTRUMENT (Fig. 5)
The ignition switch has three
positions. From position OFF turn the key (1)
rightwards; in the fi rst IGNITION position the
start, the lights and the instruments will be
on; in the second position the parking lights
will be on. The key can be extracted when
in OFF position only and when the parking
lights are on. If you mislay one of the ignition
switch keys, use the BLANK key supplied
by Husqvarna to obtain another one.
The motorcycle is equipped with a digital
instrument. Initially, turning the ignition key
on IGNITION position, a GENERAL CHECK
"A" of the instrument is done.

The instrument settings are the following,
and in the order shown:
1- DEFAULT: shows battery, instant speed
and total odometer (covered kilometers or
miles)
2- TRP: shows instant speed and partial
odometer
3- CLK: shows instant speed and clock
4- rpm: shows instant speed and engine
r.p.m.
NOTE : To select the settings from 1 to 4, use
the MODE knob (B) whilst the motorcycle
is stopped.
A- GENERAL CHECK
General check on all the segments and the
symbols on LCD and test on the warning
lights. The test lasts 3 seconds. At the end of
the test, the setting 1-DEFAULT will appear
(page 12).
