BASIC OPERATING PROCEDURES

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SAFE OPERATION

THESE GUIDELINES ARE DIRECTED TO YOU, AS THE OWNER OF THE MACHINE.
YOU SHOULD INSIST THAT ALL USERS FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDEliNES. YOU
SHOULD MAKE THIS MANUAL AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS.

suitable for your current health and fitness status.
