PARTS REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

Pillow Block Bearings - Heel Link

1. Remove the side cover,
2. Loosen the two set screws on the pillow block bearings.
3. Remove the two mounting screws and washers from the pillow block
bearing and slide the bearing off the heel
4. Install the new pillow block bearing and tighten the set
5. Reinstall the side cover.

Pillow Block Bearings - Leg Assembly

1. Remove the side cover.
2. Loosen the two set screws on the pillow block
3. Remove the two mounting
leg shaft.
4. Install the new pillow block bearing and tighten the set screws.
5. Reinstall the side cover.

BELTS

THE BELTS MUST BE PROPERLY TENSIONED. ABELT THAT IS TOO TIGHT WILL
CAUSE SLOW AND SLUGGISH OPERATION. ABELT THAT IS TOO LOOSE WILL
CAUSE EXCESSIVE NOISE AND BELT WEAR.
Upper Poly-V Belt
1. Remove the left side cover.
