what is the recommended cleaning fluid for the bar that the seat slides over? Is there a recommended light lubricant to use on that bar? I work at the AE Finley YMCA of the Triangle in Raleigh NC

The recommended light lubricants for the bar (chain) on the Core Health & Fitness HIIT ROWER are purified mineral oil, 3-IN-ONE® oil, or 20W motor oil. Apply the oil to a paper towel and rub it along the entire length of the chain, then wipe off the excess. Do not use cleaners or solvents like WD-40®.
