Scene Menu

To access the Scene Menu, press the Scenes key on the CM401T Main Panel. If there
are no Scenes, pressing New or Ins will create a Scene to edit.
In the Scene List, the currently selected Scene's parameters are shown in the Scene
Parameters display. Parameter values may be edited by pressing the button to the
right of the Scene parameter displayed (see Figure 11-4). Use the CM401T keyboard
to change the parameters:
Name -- Enter up to 15 alphanumeric characters for the Scene Name.
Glide Time -- Enter a Glide Time from 0 to 1000 seconds. You can program
the Glide Time resolution to a tenth of a second. Typical Glide (crossfade)
times are 1, 2, 5, and 7 seconds.
Snapshot # -- Enter the number of the Snapshot to be recalled with the
Scene.
Auto Follow -- Enter "Y" if you want another Scene to follow, otherwise
leave it at "N".
A/F Time(S) -- This parameter is used if Auto Follow is enabled. Enter the
amount of time between the start of the current Scene and the start of the next
Scene. The default Auto Follow Time is 2.0 seconds. The resolution of the
Auto Follow Time is a tenth of second.
The Scene Id cannot be edited. This number is automatically created with the Scene
and does not change.
New: New creates a new Scene at the end of the Scene List. The Glide Time and
Auto Follow status of the previous Scene will automatically be entered in the new
Scene.
Ins: Ins inserts a Scene after the currently selected Scene. The Glide Time and Auto
Follow status of the previous Scene will automatically be entered in the newly inserted
Scene.
