OTHER ADJUSTMENTS
9.24 LCT up/down plate horizon-
tal adjustment
Perform the LCT up/down plate horizontal adjust-
ment when the paper feed jam occurs frequently or
the up/down wire is replaced.
A. Procedure
1. Lift up the up/down plate [1].
2. Open the top cover [2].
3. Loosen 4 screws [3] at the front and rear side.
4. Position the mark [5] to make the up/down plate
to be horizontal with 2 adjusting screws [4] at
the front and rear side.
5. Tighten the 4 screws [3].
