You can set the SIP Registrar in the following way.

Command Purpose
Enters global configuration
mode.
Enters voip-gateway
configuration mode.
Enters sip-ua configuration
mode.
Sets the SIP Signaling IP
Address of SIP Registrar. And
you can also configure transport
type, uri type, registration
expires and retry interval.
Exits the current mode
Exits the current mode
