Maintenance procedure of the paper exit section

2.4.1
Cleaning the mirror on the driven roller assembly/paper exit section sensor/mirror for the
sensor
A. Periodic cleaning cycle
Mirror on the driven roller assembly: Every 500,000 prints
Original reverse sensor (PS309): Every 500,000 prints
Reverse jam sensor (PS304): Every 500,000 prints
Original reverse/exit sensor (PS313): Every 500,000 prints
B. Procedure

1. Remove the driven roller assembly. (See "2.3.1
Cleaning the read section sensor/mirror for the
sensor.")
2. Use a blower brush to clean the mirror [2] on the
driven roller assembly [1].
3. Open the DF and then open the platen guide [1].
4. Use a blower brush to clean the original reverse
sensor (PS309) [2], the reverse jam sensor
(PS304) [3] and the original reverse/exit sensor
(PS313) [4].
5. Use a blower brush to clean 2 mirrors [2] provided
on the back side of the platen guide [1].
6. Reinstall the above parts following the removal
steps in reverse.
