Maintenance procedure of the read section

2.3.1 Cleaning the read section sensor/mirror for the sensor
A. Periodic cleaning cycle
• Original conveyance sensor (PS308): Every 500,000 prints
• Original skew sensor /Rr (PS311): Every 500,000 prints
• Original skew sensor /Fr (PS312): Every 500,000 prints
B. Procedure

1. Open the DF.
2. Open the platen guide [1].
3. Remove 2 screws [2] and then remove the driven
roller assembly [3].
4. Remove 4 screws [4] and then remove the con-
veyance guide [5].
5. Use a blower brush to clean 3 mirrors [2] of the
conveyance guide [1].
2. PERIODIC CHECK
