Uninstalling Avaya IP Agent for Windows Terminal
Services
This section explains how to uninstall Avaya IP Agent. The uninstall program removes all
files and directories that were created during the installation of Avaya IP Agent.

Introduction

You can uninstall Avaya IP Agent using the Windows Add/Remove Programs feature.
Read-only folders that are shared with other applications are not removed. If you have
added any files or directories to the Avaya IP Agent installation directory, those files will not
be removed.
The uninstall program removes:
All installed Avaya IP Agent files, including all language versions

Folders created by the Avaya IP Agent installation
●
Log files created by Avaya IP Agent
●
