Use the Remote Monitor configuration web page to assign a Supervisor a list of
Resources and CSQs that he/she is allowed to monitor.
To access the Remote Monitoring Configuration web page, click a User ID value.

the Unified CCX Configuration web page only if you purchased a Unified CCX
Enhanced or Premium license packages.

To access this configuration area, click the Agent Based Routing Settings
