The Tools Menu
The Tools menu of the Cisco CRS Administration web interface provides access
to system tools you can use to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
The Tools menu contains the following menu options:
Alarm Definition—to use the alarm catalog to find information about an

alarm message name (see
Plug-ins—to download plug-ins that you can use to enhance the CRS Engine
•

Real-time Reporting—to generate reports that provide detailed information

about the status of your CRS system (see

configuring the database server, synchronizing data, configuring users,
