Chapter 2 About setting up Call Center
Starting CallPilot Manager
To start CallPilot Manager on Business Communications

Point your web browser to https://<IP address>/CallPilotManager
where <IP address> is the IP address of Business Communications Manager.
For information about the IP address, ask your network administrator.
The Administration Login page appears.

In the Password box, type the System Administrator password.

Click the Submit button.
The CallPilot Manager Main Menu appears.
Note: If you are using a BCM50 system, only a user ID and password are
required to start CallPilot Manager from Element Manager.
To start CallPilot Manager on CallPilot 100/150

Point your web browser to https://<IP address>/CallPilotManager.
Where <IP address> is the IP address of the CallPilot 150.
For information about the IP address, ask your network administrator.
The Administration Login screen appears.

In the Password box, type the System Administrator password.

Click the Submit button.
The CallPilot Manager Main Menu appears.
