Section 2.0 - Software Issues
Restrictions
1.) Must be present and value could not be empty.
2.) Length:14 bytes maximum.
3.) Format HHMMSS.FFFFFF, HH contains hours (range
"00" - "23"),MM contains minutes (range "00" - "59"), SS
contains seconds (range "00" - "60"), and FFFFFF
contains a fractional part of a second as small as 1
millionth of a second (range "000000" - "999999").
4.) Leading and embedded spaces are not allowed.
5.) The FFFFFF component, if present, shall contain 1 to 6
digits. If FFFFFF is unspecified the preceding "." shall
not be included.
6.) "0"-"9", "." and the SPACE character of Default
Character Repertoire.
1.) Must be present and value could not be empty.
2.) Length:16 chars maximum.
3.) The character code 05CH (the BACKSLASH "\" in ISO-
IR6) shall not be present.
4.) The string shall not have Control Characters except
ESC.
