Restrictions
1.) Must be present and value could not be empty.
2.) Length:64 chars maximum by each component.
3.) BACKSLASH "\" is not allowed.
4.) The component delimiter shall be the caret "^"
character (5EH).
5.) Delimiters(^) are required for interior null component
groups.
1.) Must be present and value could not be empty.
2.) Length:64 chars maximum.

4.) Shall not have Control Characters except for ESC.
5.) Leading/Tailing Space maybe padded.
