4.1 Removing the system from the pallet
Required tools
• Socket set or socket conversion for a
powered drill
• 9/16" socket drive
• Drill (optional)
To remove the system from the pallet:
1. Attach the ramps to the pallet.
a. Remove the bolts holding the ramps to the pallet.
b. Using the machined bolts, attach the ramps to the pallet.
Note: The machined bolts come in a small bag attached to the rack.
Warning: Using the coarse threaded lag bolts can make the ramps difficult to
remove from the pallet after the installation is complete. The machined bolts will
allow for ease of removal and will allow for the materials to be used again if
needed.
